Office Administrative Assistant (Order Processing & Data Entry)
(Allentown, PA).

We are a growing food distribution company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office

Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,

enjoys multitasking, and is willing to be hands-on both in the office and on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
Assist with order processing, receiving, and general administrative tasks
Support office staff with various tasks and priorities throughout the day
Perform accurate data entry for orders, invoices, and inventory
Communicate with warehouse staff to confirm inventory and resolve discrepancies
Track and verify product lot numbers with a high level of accuracy
Walk the warehouse floor as needed to verify products and information
Ability to be flexible and change directions and priorities if necessary.
Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Comfortable working between office and warehouse environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help where needed
Experience in data entry, logistics, or food distribution is a plus
High School Diploma.
Proficient typing skills- 10 Key Proficient a Must.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to retain information and instructions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining both a proactive and positive attitude.
