Office Administrative Assistant (Order Processing & Data Entry)
(Allentown, PA).

We are a growing food distribution company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office
Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
enjoys multitasking, and is willing to be hands-on both in the office and on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Assist with order processing, receiving, and general administrative tasks
  • Support office staff with various tasks and priorities throughout the day
  • Perform accurate data entry for orders, invoices, and inventory
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to confirm inventory and resolve discrepancies
  • Track and verify product lot numbers with a high level of accuracy
  • Walk the warehouse floor as needed to verify products and information
  • Ability to be flexible and change directions and priorities if necessary.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
  • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Comfortable working between office and warehouse environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help where needed
  • Experience in data entry, logistics, or food distribution is a plus
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficient typing skills- 10 Key Proficient a Must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to retain information and instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining both a proactive and positive attitude.

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m)
